Valley Mall- Emergency Sewer Blockage

Once the initial call was received, our crew quickly arrived onsite to diagnose the issue and plan a set of tasks to rectify the problem. Our crew soon found that the roof drain system was tied into the sanitary system and sue to the rainy weather, the blockage was causing a continuous stream of water to backup and overflow throughout the lower level of the establishment. Our crew located the blockage and attempted removal but unfortunately, the only way to remove the blockage was to cut and remove the concrete floor above the area and excavate down to remove the obstruction. Our crew worked continuously throughout the weekend to remove the blockage. Once the blockage was removed, the system returned to normal operation and recommendations were made to avoid this issue ion the future.
